Seek your views or comments on the services we provide;

Who has access to your information?

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process purchases and send you mailings). These third parties will not use your information for their own direct marketing purposes.

When you are using our secure online shop pages, your purchase is processed by a third party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.

If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us about the work we are doing and our products and services, then you can unsubscribe at any time using the ‘unsubscribe’ link that is present at the bottom of all of our email communications.

How you can access and update your information
We want the accuracy of your information to be up to date and precise. The accuracy of your information is important to us.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information OK Design holds about you (we may charge £10 for information requests to cover our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you).
Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
Although we are small, we do our utmost to ensure that your personal information is treated securely. Our web pages where sensitive information, such as payment details, is encrypted with an SSL certificate. You can tell by the little padlock icon by the URL bar.
Unfortunately, non-sensitive data such as your email address is transmitted through the Internet and we can not make any guarantees that this is 100% secure and information you transfer online is done so at your own risk.
We may use your personal information in order to create a profile for you so that we may best decide which information to send to you based on your interests.
Use of ‘cookies’
Like most websites, OK Design uses ‘Cookies’. Cookies generally collect data about your use of the website such as which pages you visit, how long your visit lasts etc. This information is purely statistical and does not identify you to us personally. However, that information is stored and will allow the website to recognise you when you visit again.
