I was approached by Quincy Estate Agents to refresh its branding, as the company wanted to appear modern and to be instantly recognisable.
The financial climate at the time, unfortunately, meant that this project did not come to fruition. However, my aim was to create something that utilized Quincy's pre-existing colour scheme but freshened with clean and simple graphics for a clear sense of identity and excitement. I designed the house graphic on the stationery to distinguish the firm from its competitors and to modestly convey what the business is about.
I really enjoyed creating this bold and modern branding with the company, and getting to understand the enthusiasm it had for the industry. The unfussy graphics brought the company into the 21st century, making it appear more sophisticated and lending a luxurious feel to the high-end estate agent's image.
